Il tuo reso verrà rimborsato sul metodo di pagamento utilizzato in fase d'acquisto. Cerchiamo di essere il più rapidi possibile; a rimborso effettuato, riceverai una notifica al tuo indirizzo e-mail. La procedura di registrazione reso può richiedere fino a 14 giorni dalla consegna del pacco in magazzino: puoi verificarne il tracking inserendo sul sito del corriere il numero di tracciamento presente sull'etichetta di spedizione.

Quando riceverò il rimborso?

Ci impegniamo a preparare e spedire il tuo ordine nel più breve tempo possibile, solitamente entro 1 o 2 giorni lavorativi da quando è stato effettuato (esclusi sabato, domenica e festivi). Consegniamo oltre il 75% degli ordini entro 3 giorni dalla loro spedizione. Quando il tuo ordine verrà spedito, riceverai una email con il tracciamento utile a seguirne lo stato.

Quando verrà spedito il mio ordine?

Se non hai ancora richiesto il reso, clicca qui per richiederlo. Se, invece, hai già richiesto il reso e scelto l'opzione di spedizione gratuita con etichetta TNT, per organizzare la spedizione hai due opzioni: 
1) Portare il pacco nel punto FedEx Express più vicino a te;
2) Programmare il ritiro del reso tramite il modulo Contattaci online - 24 ore su 24 (tnt.it); abbiamo qui una piccola guida per aiutarti nella compilazione; altrimenti puoi telefonare al numero verde: 800.123.868. 
Se sono passati più di 7 giorni dalla ricezione dell'etichetta, dovrai ricontattarci per ottenerne una nuova.
