Can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Yes. You can select the order you need to cancel directly from your account.

You can then click Cancel order:

You can also get to this page from the order confirmation's e-mail by clicking on View your order:

If you cannot see or click on the Cancel order button, it means the order has already been processed and cannot be canceled by the Customer service. 

In this case, it's up to you to:

 Refuse the delivery and ask the driver to send it back to the sender;

Ask for a free return by following the instructions below: How can I request a return?

In either case you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
