Can I change the delivery address?Updated 25 days ago
It is not possible to modify the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. Please pay close attention when entering your information and avoid using the auto-fill feature proposed by Google or your device.
Please remember:
- The recipient's name must be the one on the intercom; if you are shipping to a workplace, include the company name in the recipient field, e.g., "COMPANY ONE C/O SMITH" (c/o: care of).
If you have entered an invalid address or want to change it for any reason, you can:
- Cancel the order;
- Wait for the shipment to be held at the courier's facility: at this point, you can contact us and provide a new shipping address, or you can choose to pick up the order from the courier's location/point.
