How can I book a new pickup with TNT FedEx?Updated a year ago

Option only available for returns shipped from ITALY

If you have requested a return with the TNT FedEx prepaid label, please note that the label is valid 7 days from its issue**. During these 7 days:

🚚 The first pickup attempt will take place on the day indicated on the label or on the first working day thereafter; 

📅 If you wish to change the day of collection or even the address of the collection, you can book a new pickup via the form available online.

We show you how to do it below!

1. Click on the following link: Contact TNT FedEx Online;

2. On the page that opens, you will need to select 'Prenota ritiro':


 

3. On the next page, you will have to choose who will be charged for the shipping fees. Here, you have to select "Destinatario". In the box immediately below, select "Italia" and then click on "Continua":


 

4. On the next page, you have to indicate the collection address; remember: 

• the name must be the name (or surname) on the intercom (if it is a company or shop, etc., indicate the recipient's surname c/o company name, e.g.: Rossi c/o Company1; if this is too long, indicate only the company name and the recipient's name in "nominativo di contatto");
• the street number must be indicated next to the street name (e.g.: Via Garibaldi, 25B); 
• in the box 'Partita Iva/Codice Fiscale' you must enter Briko's VAT number: 10205940017;

5. On the next page, you will have to choose the date and time of the pick-up; we advise you to

• choose a pick-up date at least 2 days after booking (e.g. if you book today, request a pick-up the day after tomorrow);
• set the pick-up time between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.; if this is not possible, try to create a time window of at least 6 hours;

6. Afterwards, leave your e-mail address to receive confirmation of your booking;

7. On the next page, you will have to indicate the number of parcels or envelopes to be collected. Don't worry about the measurement data:



8. In the summary, make sure that all the data is correct and click on 'Conferma';

9. You will receive an email with all the details of the shipment with a link through which you can modify your booking;

Please note that to track your shipment, you can use the waybill on the label (the code starting with MY or WS) and simply enter it in the shipment search box on the TNT FedEx website.

**Attention

If it has been 7 days since the label was issued, you must contact us to obtain a new one. 
When contacting us, please provide your RMA return number and shipping details.
