Below, you will find all the available ways to ship your return.
If you have chosen “Ship with a return label”:
1. Schedule a UPS pickup
👉 Pickup is not automatic and must be scheduled by the customer.
You can book a pickup via the UPS website: https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule
2. Or drop it off at a UPS location
👉 Alternatively, you can drop off the package at any UPS access point.

If you have chosen “Ship with any carrier of your choice”:
• Shipping fees are at your own expense.
• You can choose any courier.
• The shipment must be sent to:

If you have chosen “Return to a retail store" (Option available only in Italy)
• You can go to any store in the group with the return parcel.

⚠ We only accept returns from the following locations: European Union (EU), which includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Monaco, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Please note that we do not accept returns from the United Kingdom (UK).
Exclusions:
We do not accept returns from:
- Duty-free areas (e.g., Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Vatican City, etc.).
- Countries not mentioned above.
